Search or browse to your article of interest. Click Abstract & Purchase to proceed to the document information page
Accept Terms & Conditions and click the purchase button where you will proceed to Pay Pal
All articles and chapters are charged at US$32 each and case studies are US$16 each. VAT will be added to UK and EU customers. The conversion to your native currency will be calculated by your card issuer.
On the Pay Pal payment page, you have the option to pay using your Pay Pal account, to pay by credit card (without using a Pay Pal account) or to cancel your transaction and return to the Emerald website.
If you choose to pay by credit card, simply complete the personal details page and submit your credit or debit card details for verification and review.
Once you have reviewed the transaction details and you are happy to proceed, click the ‘Pay Now’ button. You can still cancel your transaction and return to the Emerald website at this stage.
On completion of a successful transaction, you will receive a final confirmation page. Please click the ‘Return to Emerald Group Publishing Limited’ option to be able to download your purchase.
Once you are returned to the Emerald website, you will be provided with the options to download either a HTML or PDF file of your chosen article, case study or chapter. You will retain online access to your purchased content for 30 days from the date of purchase.
At any time, you can click the ‘Account info’ option to view all the articles you have purchased in the last 30 days and gain direct access to the article page from the links provided.
